Always available for a quick call, and really caring about the $ we spend, avoiding unnecessary fixes and focusing on the important and critical. Almost as the opposite of all their competitors which charged me to change the electronic system of my gate twice, while it was obvious to me, the layman, that it was likely an hydraulic arm issue.
